The software that manages your computer.
Short for central processing unit (CPU), this is the 'brains' of your computer. A high spec computer will have a fast 'processor.' Most new computers are now sold with 64-bit processors.
Computer memory (RAM)
Your computer's short-term memory. The more memory your computer has, the quicker it will work and the more programs you can run at the same time. RAM is measured in Megabytes (MB).
