Budget Forecaster is a program that is designed for both personal and small business use, and one which is perfect for setting all sorts of budgets.
You can also analyse your finances in a variety of ways, such as through the expense distribution pie chart (where your money is going) and the expense-to-income graph.
It has a non-fussy main page with panels showing your principle income/expenditure and existing family budgets, as well as a useful tips box in the bottom left-hand corner.
We particularly liked the range of in-built calculators that can tell you how much should be saved to pay for a decent retirement or your child's education.
However, we didn't find the support on offer as comprehensive as elsewhere.
