Internet company Metronet has come out on top as the Best Broadband ISP in the inaugural Which? Awards.
Nine out of ten Metronet customers told us they were very satisfied with the company, and were overwhelmingly positive about everything, from online support to reliability.
When it comes to people’s favourite dial-up ISP, Waitrose is head and shoulders above the rest for customer service, telephone support and value for money.
The new annual awards honour companies who have produced the best products and services over the past year.
Utility Warehouse takes top honours in the category for best home phone supplier for line and calls, with six out of ten customers saying they were very satisfied overall.
The best in the calls only category were Call 18866 and Toucan. Their customers especially liked the way they made bills easy to understand.
