O2’s Pay & Go customers will be sent a code every time they top-up, directing them to the O2 website to find out what surprise they will receive.
O2 customers topping up £10 are eligible for ‘Silver’ gifts, while those topping up £15 or more are eligible for ‘Gold’ gifts and prizes, and will receive ten times the number of entries into a grand prize draw.
Prize draws for an overall star prize will take place once a month. November’s prize is a Mini Cooper S.
Pay & Go top ups
O2 Surprises will run for an initial four-month trial alongside O2’s current ‘Rewards’ and ‘Treats’ programs.
Michael Williamson, head of O2 Pay & Go, said: ‘Not only are we the only network that rewards customers by giving them 10% of all their top-ups back, but with O2 Surprises we are now also giving them a guaranteed gift, plus the chance to win something big and exciting.’
