Saloon cars aren't exactly the trendiest of options these days, but here's a couple of excellent deals that might just change your mind.

That price is on the five-door TS model, reduced from £15,768 and a saving of £3,778. 

This makes it cheaper than the entry-level S model, too – even at Broadspeed's discounted prices.

Meanwhile, Drive the Deal is selling off the current shape – a car that is about to be replaced by a in the new year. 

58-plate TR hatchbacks are available at £12,700 for a 1.8-litre petrol engine, or £13,700 for the better 2.0-litre turbodiesel. 

That's a saving of £5,380 on either car.
