A winter-time bargain: Micra C+C
We’re not sure what the weather’s like where you are, but it doesn’t exactly look like the ideal conditions for a convertible here.
However, this does mean you can get a good deal. Such as Nissan’s folding metal hardtop Micra C+C priced £8,990 at Online Car Deals.
That’s for an unregistered Visia 1.4-litre petrol, and represents a saving of £4,913 discount over the £13,912 list price.
Go get a Golf
The new Volkswagen Golf may now have finally arrived in the UK, but there are still some of the previous version floating around new and unregistered, and representing excellent value.
For example, Drive the Deal can sell you a five-door in GT Sport trim with 1.4 TSI engine for £13,995. That’s £3,998 less than the £17,993 list.
Or, if you want metallic paint and an iPod connection, try £14,500, and a £4,139 discount. That’s 22% off either version.
Great Swift deals
Take Swift action
While browsing Auto Trader the other day, we couldn’t help noticing the price of Suzuki Swift Sports.
This is a fun junior hot hatch, which will currently cost you £11,750 brand new.
However, SMC Suzuki has a delivery mileage example available on a 58-plate for £10,490, and an 08-plate with 5,000 miles for £8,990.
Want to save even more? Then take a look at 07-plate private sales – 10,000 miles for around £6,650 is a £5,100 saving.
