Lego is a long-standing favourite toy among people of all ages and – you’ll soon be able to buy a colourful digital camera inspired by the toy building bricks.
Digital Blue has licensed the rights to make digital cameras, MP3 players, walkie talkies and USB drives that appear to be built from the classic Lego bricks.
‘Our entrance into the youth electronics space will enable our fans to express themselves through photos, videos and music, while displaying their enthusiasm for one of the world’s all-time favourite toys,’ said Jill Wilfert, vice president of licensing for Lego Group.
The devices will go on sale first in the US through Toys ‘R’ Us’ with prices ranging from $19.99 (£14) to $59.99 (£41) but are scheduled to come to the UK later this year.
The cameras was shown off at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
