Seat unveils Exeo ST

Seat has announced that it will be building an estate version of the Exeo, badged Exeo ST.

The Exeo is essentially Seat's version of the previous generation Audi A4, and was a surprise package at the 2008 Paris motor show. 

The Exeo ST will be offered in all the same trim levels as the saloon: S, SE, Sport and SE Lux. It has 442 litres of boot space.

Sunroof harnesses solar power for ventilation

Standard equipment on the Exeo ST includes Bluetooth, dual-zone climate control and cruise control. Engines are two varieties of 2.0-litre common rail turbodiesel, plus a 2.0-litre turbo petrol for the sportiest version.

No prices have been touted yet, but if the Exeo saloon is anything to go by it will offer fair value.

Exeo to offer exciting options

Meanwhile, Seat has also confirmed options for the Exeo will include a state of the art DVD sat nav system, heat reflective windscreen coating, double glazing, and a sunroof embedded with solar panels. This powers the ventilation system even when the engine is off – helping to reduce cabin temperatures. Very cool...
