Nokia announces the Nokia 5630 XpressMusicMusic oriented mobile phone due for spring launch
12 February 2009
Nokia has announced the 5630 XpressMusic mobile phone, which is scheduled for a launch this spring. The 5630 is the successor to the Nokia 5320, and the latest model to be named in the XpressMusic series, which has spawned two Which? Best Buys.
The Nokia 5630 XpressMusic has been designed with music fans in mind. It features dedicated music controls, stereo Bluetooth capabilities and a 3.5mm jack for headphones. A 'Comes With Music' bundle will also be launched, providing owners with an unlimited supply of music downloads from Nokia.
The model features a 3.2Mp camera, Wi-Fi connectivity and will be supplied with a 4GB microSD card.
Jon Barrow, Which? mobile phone expert, said: 'It's rare for a mid-range mobile phone, such as the 5630, to feature Wi-Fi. The inclusion of this function will be a real benefit to users of Nokia's 'Comes With Music' service, as it will allow for quick and convenient downloads'.
The phone is set to cost €199, which is around £180, when it is launched later this year.
