Big savings on the SC430
Big money Lexus deal at UK Car Discount
The Lexus SC 430 is the Japanese luxury brand’s answer to the Mercedes SL. It’s not as popular, nor as good, but UK Car Discount currently has brand-new examples available from stock at a whopping £16,550 off.
The reduction brings them down to £45,825 – a saving that should help fuel the 4.3-litre petrol V8.
Alternatively, if you’re after a more plutocratic kind of Lexus, UK Car Discount can also save you £17,045 on an LS 460 SE-L. Again, brand new from stock, with a petrol V8, but loaded with toys, and highly reliable executive motoring for £58,780..
Skoda Roomster for under £7,000
How’s about this for practical family motoring on the cheap? Motorpoint has a delivery mileage available for just £6,999.
It is the entry-level 1.2-litre petrol '1' model, so it won’t be quick – especially with all the family on board. But since Skoda has just changed the Roomster’s trim levels, that price is some £3,456 than the cheapest current list price of £10,455.

Alternatively if running costs are your main concern, Arnold Clark has a Seat Ibiza Ecomotive available for £8,988.
It’s a 58-plate car with delivery mileage only, and includes air conditioning. But more significantly emits CO2 at the rate of 99g/km and returns official fuel economy of 72.4mpg. This makes it free from road tax under current regulations. As for the price - £8,988 is £1,777 less than the £10,765 list price.
