The new Dirt Devil vacuum cleaners are:

Dirt Devil high power 2,000W vacuum cleaner DCC017, £149.99

Dirt Devil claims this is one of its most powerful vacuum cleaners, which uses 'no reduction in suction' technology to ensure the vacuum performs consistently well.

The vacuum comes with a 'turbo brush' for removing pet hair, a hard floor brush and an anti-allergy fabric brush for removing dust mites from beds

Dirt Devil high power 1,600W vacuum cleaner DCC019, £99.99

Dirt Devil says this cyclonic cylinder vac is suitable for all types of carpet and floor surfaces and includes Microban anti-bacterial technology built into the canisters and filters, designed to stop the growth of common bacteria and germs.

We haven't tested out these vacuum cleaners, but have previously put two other Dirt Devil models through their paces - find out how we rated the Dirt Devil DDCYL5 and the Dirt Devil DUC001.

We've also tested a range of household cleaning products and appliances, including carpet cleaners, and carpet stain removers, and we have a range of first look reviews on handheld vacuum cleaners and cordless vacuum cleaners.
