Electrolux has launched new freestanding cookers for 2010, in both its Zanussi and Electrolux brands.
The new cookers both have multifunction ovens – including the first ever Zanussi freestanding, multifunction cooker. The ovens have seven different settings including fan and pizza settings.

Zanussi ZCV663M cooker launched
The new top of the range Zanussi ZCV663M freestanding cooker has a 60cm or 55cm multifunction double oven. The main oven has seven functions and there’s also a conventional oven and grill.
The door is double glazed and the oven is ‘A’ rated for energy efficiency. Both ovens have catalytic surfaces making them easier to clean.
The oven will be available later in 2010, and will cost £649 for the stainless steel version and around £599 for the white version.
The new Electrolux EKC607601X oven
The Electrolux EKC607601X cooker is a freestanding multifunction cooker with a larger capacity. Like the new Zanussi cooker, the main oven has seven functions and there’s also a conventional oven and grill. It has triple glazed doors with removable glass panes and an ‘AA’ energy rating.
The cooker has a ceramic hob with two rapid power zones, one dual rapid power zone and one triple rapid power zone. Both ovens have catalytic surfaces making them easier to clean.
The expected selling price will be around £949 for the stainless steel version. A white version will also be available.
