New products added to John Lewis Value rangeExtra 80 items at 'super-low prices' now on sale
08 February 2010
The John Lewis Value range - a collection of household items the department store says offers 'quality at reassuringly low prices' - has just been extended.
An additional 80 products have been added to the original range of 100 Value products launched in September 2009.
Bed linen, furniture, cooking equipment and small kitchen appliances including toasters, kettles and steam irons are among the items featured in the Value range.
John Lewis says it will have a total of 300 low cost products in stores by March 2010.

Included in the 'more basic' product range is a £9.50 kettle, two steam irons (£7.95 and £9.50) and two toasters, one of which - the John Lewis two-slice VE35 toaster - we've recently tested.
You can view the full range of Value products on the John Lewis website - or look out for goods with bright green packaging in store.
John Lewis was voted the top shop to buy homewares and electrical items including kettles, toasters and coffee machines by Which? members in our survey of high street shops in 2009.
We've also tested a John Lewis own-brand washer-dryer, three John Lewis washing machines as well as a fridge freezer.
