There is now one official place for you to report fraud. 

Action Fraud is open for you to report any kind of fraud, either by using the Action Fraud website or calling 0300 123 2040.

You can report frauds or scams of any kind, from identity theft and ponzi schemes to Lottery scams and credit card fraud. 

The site is run by the National Fraud Authority and its reports are fed into the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. They are then sent to the police for investigation.
