Dyson has expanded its range of bladeless Air Multiplier fans with two larger, taller and more efficient fan models.
The AM02 Tower and AM03 Pedestal fans are the first floor-standing models in Dyson's Air Multiplier range of bladeless fans and can generate up to 50% more airflow than the original AM01 desk fan launched last year, according to the company.
The fans are powered using similar technology found in turbochargers and jet engines, drawing in room air in a process called 'inducement and entrainment'. Dyson says this makes the fans safer to use and easier to control than conventional fans - as well as offering a smoother flow of air.

Both new fans will be available to buy online and in stores including Heals, Selfridges and The Conran shop. All that technology and style comes at a price, though - with the RRP on both models set at £299. Dyson fans come with a two-year parts and labour guarantee.
