Npower is offering £45 to spend on a football shirt if you switch to it’s new ‘Football Saver’ energy tariff.
Npower promises that the new tariff will be 7% cheaper than its standard monthly direct debit dual fuel offering – but it’s only available to new Npower customers.
If you’re concerned about your energy bill visit Which? Switch to find the best deal for you. People who switch energy suppliers using Which? Switch save an average £263 in a year.
Npower customer satisfaction score
While you’ll get a £45 voucher to be spent at Football League club shops across the country by signing up to the tariff, Head of Which? Switch Alison Morisson believes it may not be worth it: ‘Npower came out worst in our most recent satisfaction survey with an overall customer score of only 27%.
‘So while you’ll probably enjoy your shirt, you may not enjoy the service npower provide. If price is your main concern though, it may be worth seeing if this is the cheapest deal for you.’
Lower your gas and electricity bills
You can compare energy prices and switch to a new gas and electricity supplier on Which? Switch. People who switched with us between 1 October and 31 December 2013 are predicted to save an average of £234 a year on their bills.
