Some of the UK's largest broadband providers have the least satisfied customers, according to the latest Which? broadband survey.
Two leading broadband providers in particular have been failing to keep their customers happy, according to Which? survey respondents.
AOL Broadband and Orange both achieved an overall satisfaction score of less than 40%, and were each awarded just one star out of five stars for customer service.

The UK's best broadband providers
The four most highly-rated internet service providers (ISPs) in the Which? broadband survey all received overall customer scores of more than 70%, making them Which? Recommended Broadband Providers.
The Which? Recommended Broadband Provider at the top of the results table received an impressive overall customer score of 89%, with maximum five-star ratings for broadband connection speed, connection reliability and customer service.

Overall broadband satisfaction increases in 2010
There's some good news for all broadband users. Overall, average broadband satisfaction across all broadband providers has increased slightly from 50% to 52% since the last Which? broadband survey six months ago.

Which? surveyed 9,657 of its online panel members in June and July 2010. More than 20 broadband providers are rated including Sky, TalkTalk and BT. Which? carries out broadband surveys every six months to ensure broadband recommendations are up-to-date and can be relied on.
