Samsung's Bada operating system
Bada is a mobile phone operating system similar to Apple's iPhone OS, Google's Android and Microsoft's Windows Mobile systems. It includes direct access to the Samsung apps store where users can download games, ebooks and social networking apps.
Samsung's Bada operating system debuted on the original Samsung Wave mobile handset earlier this year.
Which? mobile phone expert Jon Barrow says: 'We were impressed by the original Samsung Wave when we tested it earlier this year and hope for a similar performance from this new version. Samsung has scaled back some of the premium features found on the original model, so the screen has far fewer pixels for example, but we'd expect this to mean that the new Wave 723 should have a lower price tag'.
