You can now compare energy tariffs and switch to the best deal over the phone, with the Which? Switch telephone switching service.
If you’re thinking about switching your energy supplier you can now call the Which? Switch independent energy comparison and switching service on 01992 822 867. The phone service is designed to help make switching energy suppliers an even smoother and easier process.
Which? Switch head of switching Alison Morrison, explains: ‘We realise that not everyone has internet access, and even if they do, some people may not feel comfortable switching their energy supplier online.
‘Our telephone service makes switching easy for everyone, and we hope that people who have never switched before – those who are likely to save the most cash – will try out our phone service this autumn.’
Switch now to save this winter
Alison advises: ‘Now is the ideal time to switch your energy provider to ensure you are on the cheapest deal before the cold months set in.
‘We’ve seen several cheaper tariffs being replaced by more expensive ones recently, so it’s important you take control of your energy bills now, to avoid unwelcome surprises when your winter bills arrive.’

How to switch by phone
All you need to switch by phone is a recent energy bill or an annual statement. The Which? Switch expert advisors will do the rest – explaining which are the cheapest deals available, helping you decide which best suits your home and managing the switching process for you.
To help you decide on a tariff, you can find how each energy supplier has been rated Which? members in the Which? Switch customer satisfaction survey. Plus, Which? Switch has rated each individual tariff – and you can find out how many stars a tariff gets before switching to it.
