Baby deal of the week: Bugaboo Bee buggy

Which? has been scouring the web this week for the best online price on the 2009 Bugaboo Bee buggy.

It might not be the latest Bugaboo Bee pushchair model around - you can now buy the 2010 Bugaboo Bee Plus - but the original Bee buggy is still a great option for style-conscious mums and dads.

And because it's not the newest version, we've spotted lots of baby stores selling the Bugaboo Bee with some tempting discounts. These include baby giant Mothercare, where the Bee is down from £419 to £359.

But the top deal we found was through independent shop Lullabys, where you can now buy the pushchair for £299.99 including free delivery.

The Bugaboo Bee is available in a range of colours and comes with a rain cover and hood, plus you can buy optional matching footmuff, nappy bag and sun canopy.

Our testers thought the buggy felt light and comfortable to push and fairly easy to manoevre in most situations - read the full Which? test lab verdict on the Bugaboo Bee to see if it scored highly enough to be a Which? Best Buy.

The Bugaboo Bee can be used as a travel system - a type of pushchair that's compatible with a car seat - when you buy the separate adaptors for the Maxi Cosi Cabrio child car seat.

We've got full lab test reviews of Bugaboo's other stroller models - read our independent verdicts on the Bugaboo Bee Plus, Bugaboo Cameleon and - plus video footage of Bugaboo's latest two-seater design, the Bugaboo Donkey.

Baby deal of the week

We'd suggest you try a pushchair out before buying it - so you can get a proper feel for how it handles, folds and the amount of storage space it offers. For more shopping tips, take a look at our pushchair buying video.
