Chicco I-Sit highchair

The new Chicco I-Sit high chair claims to offer stylish parents and little ones a 'sleek, subtle and sophisticated' high chair that grows with your child.

The I-Sit high chair is part of Chicco's new I-range, characterised by its sleek, minimal lines and stylish features. It will hit shops including Mothercare in December, together with the matching I-Feel baby rocker.

Chicco I-Sit high chair

The I-Sit high chair is suitable for babies from six months old as a full high chair (pictured above right), and up to three years and beyond when the chair can be changed into a small child seat.

Chicco says the I-Sit has four height positions, a two-positon foot rest and removable tray and can switch between modes easily with its 'one-handed mechanism'.

The high chair has a lightweight aluminium frame and the seat comes in three colours - green, red or brown. At £269, this high chair is at the expensive end of the market.

Chicco I-Feel baby rocker

Chicco I-Range

The Chicco I-Feel baby rocker (pictured right) will also go on sale in December, priced at £139.

Like the I-Sit, the I-Feel cradle has been designed with style in mind and features a rotating and removable toy bar with lights, music and 'new age sounds'. There's even a plug-in for an MP3 player so you can choose what your baby listens to. The rocker is suitable from birth up to 9kg.

Chicco also told Which? that a corresponding travel system - a type of pushchair that's compatible with a car seat - called the I-Move would also be available from early 2011. We'll be keeping an eye out for this when it's released.
