Tesco is promising Clubcard holders big savings with the re-launch of its Clubcard Voucher Exchange scheme in time for Easter and the bank holidays.

The scheme, running from tomorrow (Monday 4 April) until 5 May, is a repeat of the Christmas Clubcard Exchange and lets customers double the value of their £5, £10 and £20 Clubcard vouchers. Tesco says customers can save on hundreds of products such as clothes, toys, furniture and beauty products.

This latest round of offers follows the launch of Tesco's price check scheme, which promises to give you a voucher for double the difference if your shopping is cheaper at rival supermarket Asda. Tesco recently had to cap potential savings to a maximum of £20.

Find out how Tesco fares against the likes of Asda and Sainsbury's for its non-food products in the results of the Which? shops satisfaction survey of more than 14,000 people. You can also see if Tesco is Which? members' favourite supermarket

Double your Clubcard vouchers

Tesco says there is no limit to the number of vouchers customers can exchange. Tesco customers can double their Clubcard vouchers to spend on:

  • Clothes
  • Beauty products and fragrances
  • Toys, bikes and camping goods
  • Phones
  • Garden furniture and barbecues
  • Cameras, audio products and sat navs
  • Small appliances
  • Opticians
  • Furniture

Which? shopping expert Sarah Dennis says: 'Clearly those with Tesco Clubcard vouchers burning a hole in their pocket will benefit if something they want is in the Voucher Exchange scheme. But do be aware that it pays to shop around - a lot of shops will be offering deals this bank holiday season.'
