Claiming cashback

To claim your cash, register online at the TomTom website, and send your old sat nav with proof of purchase and other details to TomTom. Your money will be transferred to your account within 30 days.

Live services on Go and Via models

The key feature of TomTom's connected, or 'Live', services is HD Traffic. Live traffic information is sent to the sat nav via a mobile internet connection. The sat nav calculates the best route based on this information, re-routing you if necessary should a traffic incident occur en route.

Within the package of Live services, there's also Local Search with Google, allowing you to search for local shops, restaurants and more. You also get TomTom weather forecasts.

TomTom provides their Live services for one year on these models. After this year, you can pay to continue using them should you wish. The current price is £47.50 per year.
