Baby deal of the week: Bugaboo Bee Plus pushchair

Bugaboo's iconic Bee Plus buggy continues to be one of the top pushchair choices for style-conscious parents - so here's where to buy it for less this week.

Bugaboo describes the Bee Plus buggy as 'compact yet complete for parents who live life on the fly'. It comes in a range of bright colours, including blue, red, yellow, black and pink.

Mothercare and John Lewis both sell the pushchair for just under £440, but we spotted a couple of independent nursery stores - Lullabys and Kiddisave - offering the Bee Plus for £412 and £412.39 respectively.

The top deal overall, however, goes to Kiddisave, where an extra £10 discount and free online delivery means you can get your hands on the Bugaboo Bee Plus for £402.39. Use the promotional code 'tenpounds' at the online checkout.

There are several differences between the Bugaboo Bee Plus (or Bugaboo Bee 2010 as it's sometimes known) and the original model. The wheel design and suspension have changed to offer a smoother ride and it's easier to reverse the seat than it used to be.

We've tested both models in the Which? test lab, along with the Bugaboo Cameleon - read the results in our full pushchairs review. Our pushchair ratings combine rigorous lab testing and real-life parent trials.

We also recently got to grips with Bugaboo's much-hyped first double buggy, the Bugaboo Donkey - you can watch our video of the Donkey in action.

Baby deal of the week

We'd suggest you try a pushchair out before buying it, so you can get a proper feel for how it handles, folds and the amount of storage space it offers. For more shopping tips, take a look at our pushchair buying video.
