Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd, joins Nicky Campbell on 5 live from 27 June to 1 July to discuss the big consumer issues of the day.
Richard Lloyd and Nicky Campbell have been dissecting consumer issues on air this week. They’ve shared their insights with listeners and put power back into consumers’ hands by highlighting what they can do to get a better deal.
The series kicked off with energy on Monday – shedding light on the energy industry, discussing the rising cost of energy prices, why Which? is calling for simpler tariffs and how switching energy suppliers could get you a better deal.
On Tuesday, the studio turned to transport as Richard Lloyd and a representative from the AA looked into transport issues and your travel rights. People power really took off later that day as the OFT announced they are upholding the Which? surcharge super complaint and asking the government to change the law.
On Wednesday, Richard spoke of Which?’s work helping consumers get their money back on mis-sold PPI policies using our free online complaint tool.
The theme of Thursday’s discussion is health and on Friday the studio will turn to consumers’ rights when shopping.
