This retro red kettle from Prestige could look good in either a modern or a traditional-style kitchen – here’s where to buy one with more than £30 off the recommended price.
The traditional-look electric kettle from Prestige is cordless, solidly built and has a limescale filter.
Our testers noted that there’s no visible water gauge to see how full the kettle is without opening the lid, though it does have a max level marker – read our detailed findings on the Prestige traditional kettle – model 54005 – in our kettles review.
If you’re not a fan of this red shade, the kettle also comes in dark grey and almond. There’s also a matching toaster available.
Prestige kettle bargain
This week’s top shopping deal is in Currys online – it’s selling this kettle at a ‘web exclusive’ price of £35.99, with free delivery available on all orders.
That’s cheaper than Amazon, John Lewis, Argos and Sainsbury’s – and beats buying the kettle through Prestige directly by £30.39.
Which? kettle tests
During our kettle tests we measure how quickly each model takes to boil a litre of water, how much electricity it consumes and the response time between the kettle boiling and switching off, as well as how easy the kettle is to use and clean.
