Juggling the need to keep an eye on your baby and run a busy home challenges new parents every day.
Innovative manufacturer Stokke wants to make this easier with their new Bounce ‘n’ Sleep range, a combined mobile baby bouncer and daybed.
What is the Bounce ‘n’ Sleep?
There are two parts to the Bounce ‘n’ Sleep. The bouncer has carry handles so that you can easily move it around the house; it reclines fully so that your baby can rest more comfortably when they’re asleep.
In case you are not happy with sleeping so close to the floor, you can place the reclined bouncer into the Stokke Bounce ‘n’ Sleep daybed so your baby can softly dream whilst you get on with your daily tasks.
Which? baby products expert Victoria Pearson says: ‘Stokke has a reputation for innovative and aspirational baby products, and the idea of a bouncer that adapts as you move around your home is an appealing one. In our survey of the baby products you don’t need just 4% of parents who bought a baby bouncer found it wasn’t useful.
But the daybed part of the Bounce ‘n’ Sleep will only be used until your baby is six months old, just half as long as the bouncer.
We’ll be including another innovation, the Stokke Sleepi cot bed in our test of cot beds which we will publish on our website in September.
