Maclaren and Kidston chose the popular Spray Flowers print for their second collaboration because its dark blue colour makes it ‘easier to maintain spills’ than their first red and white polka dot limited-edition buggy. The buggy also comes with a matching footmuff.

Maclaren Quest gets designer makeover
Cath Kidston is not the only designer to collaborate with Maclaren on pushchairs for its ‘objects of design’ collection. Lulu Guinness, Albert Thurston, Juicy Couture and Philippe Starck have also teamed up with Maclaren to produce distinctive pushchair designs.
Which? pushchairs expert Victoria Pearson says: ‘Maclaren’s designer collection includes pushchairs that are based on frames from Maclaren’s standard range, dressed up with designer covers and accessories.
‘They tend to be more expensive than the standard versions, but only you can decide whether the designer style is worth the extra cost – it won’t affect the basic usability of the pushchair. The floral Cath Kidston fabric really makes this pushchair stand out; the fabric is very distinctive and love it or hate it your baby won’t be a wall-flower when they’re out and about in this eye-catching design.’
