On the evening of Thursday 8 September Which? hosted a banking consultation with consumers. We invited shadow chancellor Ed Balls MP to listen to your views.
The event 'A fresh approach to banking - designing a system that works for you' was hosted by Which? executive director Richard Lloyd.
Consumers took part in roundtable discussions before sharing their views with Which? chief executive Peter Vicary-Smith, Ed Balls MP and Chris Leslie MP.

Independent Commission on Banking
The Independent Commission on Banking (ICB) is due to publish its recommendations to the UK government on Monday 12 September. Which? has lobbied the ICB to be ambitious with its recommendations and encouraged the Commission to keep consumers at the heart of the recommendations.
