We've rounded up the best free insulation deals, including free loft and cavity wall insulation for all Daily Mirror readers and the British Gas offer that gives you £50 for recommending insulation to a friend.
Installing or increasing your loft and wall insulation could save you up to £175 a year on your energy bills.
There a number of energy companies offering free insulation (see our round up of free insulation deals for full details) but the majority of deals only apply to people on an income of less than £16,190 and in receipt of state benefits.
However the Daily Mirror has teamed up with British Gas to offer free loft and cavity wall insulation to all readers for one month only.
Plus, if you refer someone for insulation with British Gas, you and the recipient could receive £50.
