The next batch of London 2012 Olympics tickets go on sale this morning, with priority being given to those who have missed out so far.
More tickets for popular London 2012 Olympic events, such as the opening ceremony and the men’s 100-metre final, are being released for sale at 11 o’clock this morning.
One million London 2012 Olympic Tickets will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis to almost a million people who had unsuccessfully put themselves forward for tickets on previous occasions.
Around 5,000 tickets will be made available for the men’s 100-metre final, with similar amounts released for both the opening and closing ceremonies.
Visa cards required for Olympic spending
Anyone looking to buy Olympic tickets, or to spend using a card at the Games will need to have a Visa card, as Visa is a official sponsor of London 2012.
