Britax extends B-Agile pushchair rangeDouble and three-wheeled B-Agile versions unveiled
24 August 2012
Britax introduces two new versions of its successful B-Agile pushchair - a side-by-side twin buggy and an urban three-wheeler.
To find out how the original four-wheel version of the B-Agile fared in our tough pushchair test read our review of the Britax B-Agile.
Which? pushchairs expert Victoria Pearson said: 'Many of the features offered by the Britax B-Agile can be found on other pushchairs. But there's a fine art to designing a buggy that offers all of the features that parents want without making it too big, bulky or overcomplicated to use.
Britax did a good job of designing the lightweight but robust B-Agile pushchair, so we look forwards to testing the B-Agile 3 and B-Agile double.'
B-Agile double buggy
Britax claims that the unique feature of the B-Agile double is its adjustable handle 'designed for one-handed steering'. It also says that it will fit through a standard doorway and is freestanding when folded, making storage much easier.
It will be exclusive to Mothercare and cost £350.

B-Agile 3 buggy
Britax describes this as 'perfect for families who want a three-wheeled buggy to go off the beaten track and explore' the B-Agile 3 weighs just 7.8kg, which is light for a pushchair that can be used with a child car seat.
It will be available from Mothercare and will cost £230.
When the new models are released in Autumn 2012, the original B-Agile will be renamed the B-Agile 4.
