Consumers with JJB sports vouchers and gift cards are being urged to spend them as soon as possible after the chain announced it was in the process of appointing administrators.
Customers who have unwanted goods that they wish to return, or who want to make an online purchase are also urged to do so as soon as possible.
JJB says that any orders made before an administrator is appointed will be processed.

Act before JJB administrators are appointed
All the sports stores are currently open and continuing to take gift cards and vouchers. But, due to the company’s financial woes, no more gift cards will be issued.
It is expected that the stores will stop accepting the cards when the company is officially in administration.
Which? understands the appointment of administrators is expected to take place by the end of this week.
No requirement to accept JJB vouchers
According to the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), the administrator can choose whether or not to continue to accept gift cards and vouchers.
But, companies that have recently gone into administration have seen administrators refuse to accept gift cards and vouchers which means the new JJB owners may do the same.
