Best cash Isa savings accounts on the market

Tying-up your money in a fixed-term account once meant that you would be rewarded for doing so, today this is no longer always the case. At the moment, the best instant access cash Isa from Cheshire Building Society pays 2.30%, but the best one and two-year fixed Isa deals pay less at 2.05% and 2.10% respectively.

Even, the top three-year fixed rate cash Isa pays just 0.10% more than the Cheshire Building Society account. And the four-year fixed Isa deal pays the same rate at 2.30%.

As savings rates are still unpredictable, we highlight the top instant access cash Isa deals for you.

Currently, the Isa Saver Issue 3 account from Cheshire Building Society offers the best instant-access cash Isa rate at 2.30%, which includes a 1.80% bonus payable to 31 October 2014. Nationwide's Easy Saver Isa Issue 1 account pays 2.25% but doesn't allow transfers in form other providers. Next is Virgin Money's Easy Access Cash Isa and Cash eIsa, both paying 2.15%.
