Mamas & Papas came top when we asked 1,448 parents what brand of pushchair they bought.
Mamas & Papas pushchairs cost between £39 for a Trip buggy, to around £595 for a Mylo travel system.
Although parents were most likely to buy a Mamas & Papas pushchair, a number of other brands came close. Mothercare pushchairs came second - these tend to cost anything between £35 for a stroller to £500 for a travel system. They were followed closely by Graco, Maclaren and Silver Cross.

We also send each pushchair to our parent panel for them to try pushing, folding and using with their little one.
Buying a pushchair
We also discovered in our survey that although 72% of parents bought their pushchair in store, 24% shopped online.
You can get some great deals online, but we recommend that you take a look at the pushchair you're interested in in store first. It's important to try out all aspects, such as folding and pushing, to make sure it suits you.
There are also some great bargains to be found on eBay. For example, we found a Mamas & Papas Zoom, which is around £300 new, on eBay for £110. If you're buying second-hand, take a look at our guide to make sure you get a safe pushchair.
