Pushchair survey results

In February and March this year we surveyed 2,005 parents with children aged five or under, to find out how satisfied they were with their pushchairs and whether they would recommend them to a friend.

The highest ranking pushchair brand received an impressive customer score of 79% and the lowest received just 53%.

Brands that received lower customer satisfaction scores may have been guilty of putting style before practicality, and of not providing enough in the way of storage. The size of the shopping basket was the most common complaint about pushchairs, according to the parents we asked.

Best Buy pushchairs

The brand that made it to the top of our customer satisfaction table is certainly popular with parents. And some of its pushchairs have done so well in our tests that we've made them Best Buys - but not all of them met our high standards. Read our pushchair reviews to see full test results for all the pushchairs we've tested.

We’ve tested hundreds of pushchairs over the years. As well as testing their safety and durability, we also test them on how easy they are to clean and fold.

Only the pushchairs that give a great ride, are easy to handle and easy to use every day are rated as Best Buys. To find out more watch our 'What makes a Best Buy pushchair?' video.
