Bush (Argos own-brand) and Haier have issued a safety alert on some washing machines presenting a potential fire hazard.
An electrical component in the front control panel of the washing machine can overheat leading to a risk of fire and burns. The products also do not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.
