Our latest wireless speaker and speaker docks test has put 18 new models from top brands – including Bose and Sonos – through their paces. This means we can tell you which models deliver crystal-clear audio – and which could ruin your favourite tracks.
Wireless speakers and speaker docks are great for playing all the music you have stored on tablets, phones and PCs with minimum hassle. We were very impressed with a number of models in our latest test, and eight performed well enough to win our Best Buy accolade.

Cheap speakers reviewed
It’s easy to fall into the trap of believing that the more you spend on a new speaker, the better it will be. While this may be true in some cases, some of the sub-£100 speakers we’ve tested are Best Buys. In comparison, some models that cost twice as much are Don’t Buys.
Our tests don’t take price into account but do assess three crucial areas – sound quality, ease of use and additional features – to ensure that you find the best speaker for your needs.
