Bathroom brands

We've reviewed the big bathroom brands to find out which is best and worst

We've compiled the views of 2,296 Which? members to rate and rank well-known bathroom brands such as Bathstore, Homebase and Victoria Plumb.

The best bathroom brand picked up an impressive overall customer score of 81%, while the lowest-scoring picked up just 55%. Customers were asked to rate the bathroom brand they had used on a range of key factors including customer service and the quality of products they offer.

Our scores shine a light on the brands offering a top-notch service, as well as those delivering great value for money. This is especially important given getting a new bathroom isn't cheap - in fact 22% of people in our survey said they had spent more than they'd budgeted.
