Mortgage deals of the month - June 2015Mortgages compared by their total cost

26 June 2015

Which? Money provides our monthly round-up of the cheapest mortgage deals on the market.

Looking for a mortgage?

In each of the tables below, we include the cheapest fixed-rate deal and, where possible, the cheapest discount variable and tracker deal in the Which? Money Compare tables, based on the total cost over the introductory deal period.

These deals may not necessarily be the best options for your circumstances. There are often many other factors other than total cost to consider when choosing a mortgage provider.

Which? offers an independent mortgage advice service, Which? Mortgage Advisers, that looks at thousands of mortgages and will find the best mortgage deal for your circumstances.
