- Nikon V1 and J1 compact system cameras
- Amazon Kindle Fire tablet rumours
- Facebook Timeline
In this week’s Which? Technology Podcast we discuss the newly unveiled Nikon J1 and V1 compact system cameras. Nikon has been one of the last major camera manufacturers to launch a camera that is both compact but also allows users to change lenses. We explore the two new cameras' key features and ask how long Canon can wait before it also jumps on the mirrorless camera bandwagon
We then discuss the heroes and villains highlighted in Ofcom's latest report, which names the most and least-complained about landline and broadband providers of the last three months; and we round up the rumours surrounding the expected imminent arrival of the Amazon Kindle Fire tablet.
Facebook, a regular topic in the Which? Tech podcast, then pops up again, and this week deputy technology editor, Andy Vandervell, shares his thoughts on the new Facebook Timeline feature, and his views on keeping your Facebook privacy settings up to date.
Finally, Which? digital camera expert, Richard Parris, gives us an update on his campaign to bring back the viewfinder on cameras by discussing the new viewfinder technologies that are beginning to surface.
