FAQs

How independent are your reports?

Unlike other travel magazines, Which? Holiday accepts no form of advertising, 'freebies' or sponsorship. All our research and campaigning is completely independent and funded by subscriptions to our publications.

How long will it take to receive my new member pack?

You will usually get your new member pack (with your first issue and free gifts) within 2 weeks. Although unlikely, should you experience any delays please call us on 0845 307 4000 or 01992 822800 Monday to Friday 8.30am-8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.

Do I have to return my free gifts if I don't want to keep receiving Which? Holiday magazine?

The gifts are yours to keep.

Why can't I buy Which? Holiday in the shops?

Which? Holiday is only available on subscription, which is why we are running this trial offer so that you can try the magazine for yourself.

I'm interested in a report on a specific topic.

We aim to cover a large range of topics and update reports frequently. However, if you don't find the report that you are looking for in the upcoming reports section of this site, e-mail us at editor@which.co.uk and let us know.

What other benefits will I get as a member of Which? Holiday?

When you become a Which? Holiday member you can look forward to a host of extra gifts, benefits and services throughout every season. You'll receive your issues and you'll enjoy access to FREE Which? Holiday Factfiles for every new destination featured.

Why do I have to give you my bank/credit card details?

We need to take your bank/credit card details to collect the initial £3 payment and so that if you decide to continue your subscription at the end of your trial, you can do so without us having to contact you again. Remember, there is no obligation to continue after the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and keep the issues and gifts that you have received - and you won't owe us anything. If you have any further questions or have experienced any problems with our website, please e-mail us at editor@which.co.uk and let us know
