Which? report : Broadband | 27 March 2008

Broadband satisfaction

Just two companies - Waitrose and Zen - performed to Best Buy standards. But Madasafish, Utility Warehouse and Nildram are also worth considering.

Our survey

Over 13,000 Which? members with broadband responded to our online survey in November 2007 – take a look at how your broadband provider compares to others for overall customer satisfaction using the charts below.

We've rated nearly 30 broadband ISPs for ease of setup, connection and reliability, value for money, customer service and support. You can see a full breakdown of how ISPs did for each aspect by using our 'Compare products' feature or clicking on the company link at the bottom of the Overview page.
