Which?'s Impatient for Change campaign calls for urgent improvement in the way patients are treated in hospital. We're looking for shining examples of where staff are getting it right.

Do you have a hospital hero?

Tell us about your hospital hero

For many patients and their friends and family, it is the contribution of one individual that transforms their experience in hospital. Or it could be a whole team which is setting a standard in caring for patients.

If you know of someone who has made a positive difference to a stay in hospital – a nurse, a cleaner, a porter, a doctor, even a whole staff team – this is your chance to recognise them as Impatient for change hospital heroes!

Who can nominate a hospital hero?

• Anyone who has stayed overnight in hospital in the last year
• Anyone who has visited a friend or family member in hospital in the last year

Please complete our short online form below, or download, print and send back to us the form at the bottom of the page. Tell us the name of your hospital hero and why you want to thank them. Please write no more than 800 words.

We'll send you a Which? hospital hero thank you card to give to your hero. You may be asked to give a quote or have a photograph taken with the member of staff you nominate. Please make sure you give us your correct contact details when completing the online form.
