Conditions of entry
- Entry into the competition is free and is open to all recipients of a Which? prospecting guide who submit their entry online at www.which.co.uk/win between the 15th June 2009 (Opening Date) and the 14th August 2009 (Closing Date).
- Only one entry per individual will be accepted. Online entry only.
- All information detailing how to enter the competition on promotional literature accompanying the Which? prospecting guide forms part of these terms and conditions.
- There will be one prize and the winner will be selected at random from all correct answer entries received by the Closing Date. The winner will win one Dell Studio 15 Laptop. There is no cash alternative. However, Which? reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equivalent value at its absolute discretion.
- Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, late entries will not be accepted for entry into the competition. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Which? takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- The winner will be informed by email no later than 28 days after the Closing Date to the address supplied at the time of entering. The winner will then have 28 days to contact Which? in order to claim their prize and arrange its collection / delivery. The prize will be made available for collection by the winner from the Which? offices unless the winner requests that the prize is posted to their specified postal address.
- The name of the winner will be available online at www.which.co.uk/win 28 days after the Closing Date.
- Which? reserves the right to revise the promotional period by extending the period for accepting entries, increasing the value of prizes to be won or by cancelling and / or amending any other terms of the competition.
- The decision of Which? is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If any prize is declined, is not claimed with the specified time period or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then Which? may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
- The copyright in all entries submitted are owned by Which?.
- By entering the competition you will be deemed to have understood the above rules and agreed to be bound.
