Online supermarkets: Top of the online supermarkets
Getting your favourite supermarket to deliver the weekly food shop sounds a great way to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space and having to queue at the till.
But how good are online supermarkets? We asked more than 2,500 Which? members to rate which are best.

Ocado.com
Ocado.com is top of the online supermarkets, jointly with Waitrosedeliver.com. Which? members gave Ocado.com five stars out of five for order accuracy - the only online supermarket in the survey to achieve this. Just 18% of those who had shopped at Ocado.com reported a substitution in their last order - far fewer than any of the other supermarkets in the survey.
Waitrosedeliver.com
Waitrosedeliver.com also enjoys success as Which? members' joint top online supermarket. It's the only one in the survey to get five stars out of five for delivery. Like Ocado.com, however, price is a letdown, with members giving Waitrosedeliver.com and Ocado.com just two stars.
Sainsburys.co.uk
Sainsburys.co.uk fared well in our survey. its prices are rated more highly than Ocado.com and WaitroseDeliver.com. It fares better than Tesco.com and Asda.co.uk for product quality and delivery.
Tesco.com
Tesco.com's Which? customer score of 64% is below par compared with competitors Ocado.com, Waitrosedeliver.com and Sainsbury's.co.uk.
Tesco.com had the lowest number of shoppers who were happy with the best-before dates on fresh food in their last order.
Asda.co.uk
Asda.co.uk comes last in our survey of online supermarkets. It was let down by its accuracy - being the only supermarket to get two stars for this. More than half of Asda.co.uk shoppers reported a substitution in their last order - the highest of all the online supermarkets in the survey.
But Asda.co.uk gets the highest star rating - four stars - across all the online supermarkets for its prices.
