The results of our power shower customer satisfaction reveal which shower brands are most likely to impress.
We’ve asked hundreds of Which? members about their power showers and used these results to calculate customer scores and star ratings for big power shower brands Aqualisa, Bristan, Mira and Triton.
The best-loved brand gets an impressive customer score of 85% and the highest star rating for factors such as build quality and keeping the water temperature steady when someone runs a tap elsewhere.
But one brand gets a lacklustre customer score of just 59%. It also gets a lower star rating for build quality than any other brand.

How Which? rates power shower brands
In November and December 2013 we surveyed 5,349 Which? members about their household products and asked those who owned a power shower a series of questions.
We asked people how satisfied they were with their brand of power shower and how likely they would be to recommend it to a friend, and we used the data to calculate the customer scores for each brand.
We also asked power shower owners to rate a number of factors, such as the build quality and the ease of getting the desired temperature, which are displayed in the table as star ratings.
Best bathroom brands
As well as rating shower brands, we also asked 2,296 Which? members about their brand of bathroom suite. Rating customer service, value for money and quality of products and finish, each brand was given and overall customer score, which ranged from 81% for the best to just 55% for the worst.
