Fridges: Reliability
Fridges are one of the most reliable domestic appliances on the market, with only 6% needing to be repaired in the first six years. Neff, Bosch and Beko lead the pack with above average reliability scores of 96%, but all of the brands deliver reliability scores in the 90s. And this year AEG/AEG Electrolux and Hotpoint move up from below average to average in our reliability index.

The top three reasons why fridges break down are: door, 36%; thermostat, 30%; internal units, 22%.
