Greeting cards software: Christmas cards
Register at moonpig.com
Go to www.moonpig.com and click on the Login/Register tab.
Enter your full name, email address and password into the boxes provided > click the orange Register button.
Get started on your card
Click the orange Go to card shop button to return to moonpig.com’s home page.
On the left-hand side of the page, click the 'plus' symbol beside the word Christmas.
This will reveal the various types of Christmas card that you can choose between.
Your choices are art, design, humour, kids, photo upload, photographic and sentimental.
For a truly personal card, we're going to choose photo upload.
Choose a design
The next screen displays a card design with a space for your photograph.
On the right-hand side you'll see a series of thumbnails, small images of alternative designs that you can choose between; scroll down and click on your preferred design.
Choose your card size
At the bottom right-hand side of the screen where it says Choose size click the down arrow.
You can choose to order four small cards or one card of either standard or large size.
We're going to order four small cards.
Click the orange Next Step button.
Enter your text
Enter your message into the box on the right-hand side of the page.
Try experimenting with different font sizes and styles using the drop-down menus.
You'll see a preview of what it'll look like on the left-hand side.
Press the blue spellcheck button.
Upload your photograph
Click the Upload Image button and browse to the location on your computer where your image is stored.
Double-click on the image and click the orange Upload File button.
Position photograph
The picture will appear in your card design.
Don't worry if it isn't exactly where you’d like it to be – you can use the tools on the right-hand side to zoom in or out – and click on the arrows to move the picture around within its frame.
When you are happy with the design click the orange Next Step button.
Christmas message
Enter your Christmas message for the inside of the card – you can also add a signature if you wish.
Click the orange Next Step button.
You can then check your finished card; if you’re happy with the result, click the orange Next Step button.
Special delivery
Now choose whether to deliver the cards to yourself or someone else.
We want them delivered to us so that we can sign them and send them off.
To do this we clicked on the Back to me button.Enter your address, click the orange Next Step button, choose a delivery date then click Next Step again.
On the resulting screen click the orange Checkout button. Click Checkout and enter your credit card details. Finally, await delivery of your cards.
