Why can I not find a specific energy supplier on your site?

Which? Switch aims to provide consumers with the best possible choice of energy deal. While we would like to show tariff data for all licensed suppliers and resellers, this relies on their co-operation.

Which? Switch is impartial. We show all major and specialist energy suppliers and their energy tariffs, even if we don't have a switching arrangement in place with the energy supplier concerned.

Zest4 Electricity became insolvent in 2006, and British Gas was appointed by Ofgem as the new supplier. As a result Zest4 tariffs are no longer displayed on Which? Switch.

Basic Power has also gone into administration, and the electricity regulator has appointed London Energy, part of EDF Energy, as its customers' new supplier. As Basic Power is no longer an energy supplier, it is not featured on Which? Switch.
